Handling and Shipping  

All orders are packed and handled so as to ensure your privacy.

All orders are dispatched within 7 business hours.

Orders within the United States are shipped and delivered by the USPS. Orders within Australia are shipped and delivered by Australia Post. Orders within Canada are shipped via USPS from Michigan and delivered by Canada Post. Orders within New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post International Parcel from Australia and delivered by New Zealand Post.

The normal shipping and delivery time for orders within the United States and Australia are 2-4 business days. The normal shipping and delivery time for Canadian and New Zealand orders are 5-7 business days.This delivery times do not apply to products that is out of stock. You will be informed if the product you intend to purchase is out of stock before you order. 

Delivery  

Signature is required for all parcels at delivery. Parcels are delivered during business hours of the location. If you are unattended during the delivery, the parcel will be left at the nearest post office outlet for pickup (signature required).

If you prefer the parcel to be left in a preferred location within the premises, please leave a notification with authority to leave in 'Note to the seller' (optional) on the check-out page. However, We will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the parcel within the premises after the delivery.
