Use Du’s tea for aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is the use of aromatic plant (and oils) for the purpose of altering one's mood, cognitive, psychological or physical wellbeing.  Different aromas and chemical constituents of the plants pass through the air and nose can produce different emotional and physiological reactions.

Many people who are drinking Du’s tea for high blood pressure are familiar with the tea’s calming effect.

However, many of them didn’t know that the produce of this calming effect started before they drink the tea, when the unique aroma rising from their tea cup, passing through the air and nose. This is actually part of a purposely designed aromatherapy set to help relaxes the autonomic nervous system, lessens stress and reduces depression.

It is recommended to relax and enjoy the aroma for 10-15 minutes to have this aromatherapy fully conducted. To do so, put your nose near a cup of freshly prepared Du’s tea, take deep breath and relax, enjoy that unique aroma until the tea is cooling to the normal warm tea temperature.

Conducting aromatherapy by using Du’s tea may help achieve the best results for people suffering from high blood pressure and insomnia. In the other way, some aromas should be avoided. They include: Hyssop (it contains pinocamphone), Rosemary (is very stimulating), Sage (it contains thujone) and Thyme (it is hypertensive - increase blood pressure).

Feedback on Du's Pro

Found the capsules easier than making tea at odd times during the day, but my first dose made me dizzy because I think they are very strong, so I've taken the rest with food and not been dizzy again. My blood pressure is a little better but while I'm in the current stressful situation as my husband's carer it's not good.

DU’s Tea

It really helped in controlling my blood pressure to elevate. So far giving me hope that in the coming days my blood pressure reading would come down slowly.

Plesant tea taste

I bought the tea hoping it might bring my BP down a little, but I really havn't noticed that much difference from the old readings. I don't have high BP, but it was sitting around 145/90. I am 69 years old. To be honest the readings are still around that mark, but I like the taste of the tea, so will persist.

Have not found it to be very effective yet. My blood pressure is only down a few points. Got a long way to go at this rate to get back to my normal level. Not overly keen on the flovour either.
