We offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We guarantee you'll be thrilled with our products, or you can return your order within 30 days from the date the product was confirmed delivered to you via USPS and Australia Post for a refund of your product purchase price (less shipping and handling).

To return your order, please fill the Return Request Form below. Your order ID and email address used for order will be requested to process.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of your return. Full refunds (less shipping, handling and disposal fee) for orders unopened only. If the order is opened and/or partly used, a $10 (per item) restocking fee will apply.

No refund will be authorised for orders delivered for more than 30 days.

No refund will be authorised for items lacking of valid proof of purchase.

No refund will be authorised for missing parcels during postage due to an incorrect shipping detail provided for the initial order, including misleading or incomplete shipping address and names. (the 'shipping address in the initial order' is the shipping address provided at the time of ordering. i.e. the address in associated with the Order Confirmation and Payment Receipt.) Therefore, it is important to ensure your delivery address and email are entered correctly at the time of ordering, even if you may have made online purchase from us multiple times.
